It was a pleasure having a nutrition evaluation with Ashley, she is professional, very knowledgeable, and light hearted when discussing health concerns in relation to my nutrition. I'm excited to take this journey with her, and I'd strongly recommend her if you are looking to adjust your gut lifestyle.

Shannon and Ashley have been resourceful, knowledgeable, caring and supportive. As a team, they answer all our questions and guide is to answers to our health concerns. Power house team!!

The whole team at Kulhay wellness center is phenomenal, from osteopath to massage to chiro. They take care of me better than I ever have, and they push me to be on top of my scoliosis care.

Ashley was knowledgeable and very good at explaining everything so that I understood what she was saying and why. She was extremely friendly, easy talk too and made me feel comfortable through out the whole session - there was never a wrong question - she answered each one and explained how her program will help me achieve my goal to feel better and as a bonus - lose some weight, which has been my constant struggle. Thanks Ashley for time well spent!!

A relaxed and beneficial massage was really what I needed. And I was glad that I went to Nadiia. My first visit and I am already all set to continue going to her. Thank you Nadiia. The receptionist is also very friendly and welcoming.

Nadiia is the absolute best! I just finished my hour long massage with her today and I feel so relaxed! I am currently 4 months pregnant, Nadiia made me feel so comfortable and did such an amazing job. I highly recommend her! I can’t wait to go back for another massage in a month!

This place is wonderful. I did co-op at Kulhay Wellness centre in Erin Ontario when I was in grade 12 and it was an amazing opportunity to get to do my co-op placement here, I learned so many important things about life here and it set me up for an amazing future and got my life together now I’m in college working part time and I have my own car. I also got chiropractic work and massage therapy done on me here and it was amazing I always left feeling amazing and I will still being coming here. :)

Ashely has been awesome to work with! I'm a really private person - so finding someone I could trust was extremely important to me.I have been so frustrated with the broken medical system and their approach to medication as well as the food industry. Finding a nutritionist was the best thing I did for myself.Ashely puts her heart and soul into the work and I feel it in the way she tackles issues with an open mind, knowing that there's no 'one fits all' solution. There's always a multi facet approach which I really appreciate considering how complex and interconnected our bodies are. More over, I really value the open lines of communication between meetings where I can ask questions that come up and share my progress - something no doctor could ever give me.Perhaps the most important aspect of this journey to me is that I'm learning more about my body and how to care for it. This is truly priceless.
